Indulge in this creamy, chocolatey cocktail, which is incredibly satisfying and decadent because of the grated Déise Delights. Definitely made to be sipped at leisure! This recipe is easily doubled or tripled to serve more than one.
Ingredients
50ml Irish cream liqueur
50ml chocolate liqueur
100ml vodka
2 Déise Delights, grated (contains alcohol)
Optional: 2 additional Déise Delights, grated for coating the rim of the martini glass
Grate the Déise Delights on a plate that you will coat the rim the glass on.
Method
Pour the Irish cream liqueur, chocolate liqueur and vodka into a cocktail shaker
Shake for 30 seconds
Pour into a martini glass
Sprinkle the grated Déise Delights on top
Sip, savour and enjoy!
Notes
Use a good quality Irish cream liqueur like Bailey’s. It really makes a difference.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a cocktail shaker. You can use a clean jar, a water bottle or a protein shaker. I’ve been known to use a flask!
You can adjust this cocktail to your taste, for example you might want less vodka and more Irish cream liqueur. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
