VICTORIA'S STORY

Victoria’s Incredible Edibles was founded in Waterford City in 2019 by Victoria Wilmott.

Victoria puts her heart and soul into everything she makes and that care and attention is reflected in the glowing feedback from her customers. Victoria says, “I love making products that make people happy and happy customers are the foundation of my business. It’s a great feeling when my customers tell me that my chocolates really are incredible! Every product is lovingly handmade to delight the taste buds and leave you wanting more.”

Victoria is supported in the business by Lily who is the hardest working van in Waterford. Lily is happiest when she’s delivering chocolates and joy to the people of Waterford. If you ever see Lily out and about she would love it if you give her a wave or a beep, it would cheer her up, particularly on a rainy day.

Our products are made in a commercial kitchen that contains nuts (peanuts), so there may be trace elements of nuts in all of our range. We use Muldoon Whiskey Liqueur, Bailey’s and Port in some of our recipes, so some products contain alcohol.
