I've always had a love for chocolate and for making chocolates, so it was inevitable that, in 2019, I'd bring them to market. I'm especially proud of my Déise Delights. I set out to make the best locally made chocolate in Waterford using the best of locally sourced ingredients. Déise Delights is the result. It epitomises all that is good and right with chocolate and in this world! And customers love them!
