This hot chocolate is sweet, creamy, and perfect for chilly winter days.
The recipe is easily doubled or tripled to serve more than one.
480ml milk of choice
10g / 2 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp soft light brown sugar, optional or to taste
1-2 Victoria’s Déise Delights, grated (contains alcohol)
Add the milk, cocoa powder and the sugar (if using) to a small saucepan
Whisk together until the cocoa powder is mostly incorporated
Whisk frequently over a medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes or until warmed through
Pour into a mug
Sprinkle the grated Déise Delights on top and allow to melt. Sip and enjoy!
