Shipping is an incredible, reliable and affordable way to send chocolate joy abroad!
We currently ship to Ireland, the EU, the UK, America and Australia.
Delivery times provided here are to assist with planning only. Note that times may be longer during holidays (see note below) and there may also be delays with couriers. All of these are beyond our control.
IRELAND AND EU. Parcels to Irish addresses are generally delivered between 3 to 5 working days after ordering, providing that the items ordered are in stock. EU deliveries are usually 5 to 10 days after order! Irish and EU destination parcels are sent by courier and will require a signature for delivery.
UK DELIVERIES. Parcels to UK addresses are generally delivered within 10 to 14 days.
USA DELIVERIES. USA deliveries normally take up to 10 working days, however the US customs and the mandatory FDA Prior Notification system in place for US food deliveries can extend this time and is beyond our control.
REST OF THE WORLD. Deliveries to these destinations will take, on average, 10 to 15 days. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to check with their local customs and excise regulations to ensure a smooth delivery.
HOLIDAY DELIVERY TIMES. Delivery times may be longer during seasonal times (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Easter). Customers are encouraged to place their orders early to avoid disappointment. Holiday orders will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible but delivery times will be determined by the courier services operating over those dates.
We do not seek to make money from delivery nor do we hide delivery charges in our prices. We simply charge you the cost of delivery based on what is costs us to send. The delivery charges on check-out can be used as a guide. Delivery is based on weight and location nationally and internationally. The following apply for Free Delivery:
- Ireland - Free delivery on orders over €75
- UK - Free delivery on orders over €100
- USA - Free delivery on orders over €150
- Australia - Free delivery on orders over €175
Our products are non-returnable. Once the product has shipped, it cannot be returned nor is credit given. If your items are damaged in transit, we'll work with you to file a claim with the shipping company and to get replacement product to you. Customers are advised to check their parcel upon delivery and ensure it is in good order. If your parcel and/or content arrives damaged then you have the right to refuse to delivery from the carrier. In this instance, contact us and we can organise for a new replacement product to be sent. You will need to submit relevant information and/or photos which can support your claim. Warning – Hot or Cold Weather and Chocolate
Some regions experience hot or cold weather conditions and it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of these when ordering. Victoria’s Incredible Edibles cannot take responsibility for ‘melted’ or ‘damaged’ chocolate due to heat or bloom due to cold. We have no control over the way couriers store our product once it leaves our facility. After receipt of the parcel please do not leave parcels in sunlight, near a source of heat, in a car or van for prolonged periods, or near any strong odours as deterioration, melting, tainting of the edible product can occur.
